I've been going back and forth for a long time now on what SLR-like camera to go for. I loved everything I read about the S5 except for its lack of RAW support. Your link to CHDK just fixed that! Awesome! And the story about their support just further enforces the choice.

Thank you very much for sharing this.

Why would you want to delete Facebook? Well, maybe it's because you noticed that you can't keep up with me since I already deleted a while ago. However, it's a nice idea to get rid of your info. I did fill my profile with bogus info, but it was embarrassing when people wished me happy birthday a month too soon (01,01). You should change your birthday to a bogus date that is sometime after you plan on finally deleting your account :-)

Those are pretty sweet. Even without the third picture, you can definitely see a difference between the pictures flipping back and forth between them. It's hard, as you say, to detect the exact tracks (because you can't see them with the naked eye just by looking at the second picture alone). Even so, it's neat to flip between the two and then look at the third picture. I think the sand would be a lot fun to try, as well as picking up tracks better.

Just wanted to say a huge THANKS for this jquery-javascript-noscript solution to my embed a quicktime movie without the IE click to activate madness!

I've tried a number of complex jquery-oriented media wrangling approaches which never panned out. Your approach just clicked in my brain (hey, that's part of your domain namesake - ~interesting~) and it was straight forward to implement.

Anyway, I thought I'd take a moment and comment my appreciation.
