License
Creative Commons applies to everything...
All site content (text, code, images, audio, binaries, etc.) is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike 2.5 license, unless otherwise specified. (Please note that this is a relaxation of the previous terms, which included the Non-Commercial feature. That restriction is no longer in effect, and all site material is hereby relicensed by default under this new, looser license.)
...except where it doesn't...
Some materials are modified or copied from other sources under fair use or the GPL, GFDL, or other license. These do not fall under the site license, and are either explicitly marked or should be clear from context. In either case, they may still be copied, but please understand that the site is heterogenous and may not necessarily be distributed in its entirety under a single license.
...but I'm flexible.
If you want to use something outside the scope of its license, have further questions about the licensing, or simply don't understand this confusing mess of legalistic nonsense, contact me and I'll be glad to discuss the matter with you.
